PhotoCrew.co.uk — Accessibility Statement
Effective date: 5 August 2026 Version: 1.0

This Accessibility Statement applies to photocrew.co.uk and related public pages, profiles, listings, directories, dashboards, forms, messaging tools, review systems, account features, payment interfaces and associated services operated under the trading name PhotoCrew.co.uk (the “Platform”).

1. Our position and commitment
PhotoCrew aims to make the Platform reasonably accessible and usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

We seek to consider accessibility when developing, configuring and improving the Platform. However:

the Platform is technically complex;
it relies on WordPress, themes, plugins, hosting and external providers;
it contains substantial User Content;
different browsers, devices, settings and assistive technologies behave differently;
accessibility standards and technology continue to develop;
not every part of the Platform has yet been independently audited.
PhotoCrew does not claim that the Platform is fully compliant, universally accessible, certified or suitable for every individual requirement.

Nothing in this Statement excludes or limits any legal obligation, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. Current accessibility status
PhotoCrew has not yet completed a full independent audit of every page, feature, state, Account type, device and User journey against WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Accordingly:

no statement of full compliance is made;
no formal certification is claimed;
some parts may be more accessible than others;
accessibility may change after updates;
automated testing alone is not treated as conclusive;
this Statement describes intentions, known categories of limitation and support arrangements rather than guaranteeing a result.
We may use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a reference point for improvement where reasonably applicable.

3. Scope of the Platform
The Platform may include:

public profiles;
portfolio images;
portfolio video;
biographies;
service listings;
gigs and jobs;
search and filters;
registration;
login and password reset;
dashboards;
messaging;
reviews;
application forms;
availability calendars;
analytics;
checkout;
subscription management;
contact and support forms;
third-party embeds.
Each area can involve different accessibility issues.

4. User-generated content
Users may upload or publish:

images without meaningful alt text;
videos without captions, transcripts or audio description;
inaccessible documents;
text with poor structure;
decorative symbols;
low-contrast graphics;
text embedded in images;
flashing or moving material;
external links;
content in languages or formats not supported by every technology.
PhotoCrew:

does not pre-audit every item of User Content for accessibility;
cannot guarantee that every User will supply captions, alt text or accessible documents;
may provide fields, guidance or tools intended to improve accessibility;
may remove content that breaches Terms or law;
does not assume authorship or responsibility for every accessibility decision made by the uploading User.
Users are encouraged to add useful alternative text, provide captions or transcripts, avoid flashing content, use clear headings, avoid text-only images, use descriptive links and provide accessible alternatives where practical.

A User remains responsible for their own content and any legal obligations applying to them.

5. Third-party systems
The Platform may use third-party:

payment interfaces;
video players;
maps;
social embeds;
consent tools;
CAPTCHA or anti-spam tools;
analytics tools;
account systems;
support tools;
fonts;
authentication;
verification.
PhotoCrew does not control every aspect of external code, design, keyboard behaviour, screen-reader output, captioning, colour contrast or accessibility support.

We may select or configure providers with accessibility in mind, report issues, replace or reconfigure integrations, or offer an alternative route where reasonably possible.

We do not warrant that every external service will remain accessible after provider updates.

6. Browsers, devices and assistive technologies
Accessibility may vary according to:

browser and version;
operating system;
mobile or desktop device;
screen size;
zoom;
font settings;
high-contrast mode;
screen reader;
voice control;
switch device;
keyboard configuration;
browser extension;
network speed;
device performance.
PhotoCrew does not guarantee identical operation in every environment.

Users should keep browsers and assistive technologies reasonably current where possible.

7. Potential limitations
The following categories of limitation may occur. This list is not a confirmation that every issue exists on every page.

7.1 Navigation and keyboard
focus order may be inconsistent;
some third-party controls may be difficult to operate by keyboard;
focus indicators may vary;
dynamic menus or modals may behave differently across browsers;
keyboard traps may arise from third-party code.
7.2 Headings and structure
User Content may use poor heading order;
theme or plugin output may generate repeated or imperfect landmarks;
dynamic content may not always announce changes.
7.3 Forms
some fields may have imperfect labels or instructions;
error messages may not always be announced clearly;
autocomplete and validation may vary;
complex multi-step forms may be difficult with some assistive technologies.
7.4 Images
User Content may lack suitable alt text;
decorative and informative images may not always be classified consistently;
portfolio images may require visual interpretation not available through text alone.
7.5 Video and audio
User videos may lack captions, transcripts or audio description;
external players may have inconsistent controls;
autoplay, volume and focus behaviour may depend on the provider.
7.6 Colour and contrast
User-uploaded graphics may have poor contrast;
external components may not meet every contrast requirement;
status may sometimes be communicated using colour together with other cues, but implementation may vary.
7.7 Dynamic content
filtering, messaging, notifications, calendars and dashboards may update without ideal screen-reader announcements;
loading states may be unclear;
infinite scroll or pagination may create navigation difficulties.
7.8 Authentication and security
CAPTCHA, fraud checks, multi-factor authentication and rate limits may create barriers;
security cannot always be disabled;
an alternative may not be immediate.
7.9 Checkout
payment-provider accessibility is partly controlled by the provider;
authentication challenges may depend on banks, card providers or devices;
external payment failures are outside PhotoCrew’s direct control.
7.10 Documents and downloads
documents uploaded by Users may not be accessible;
external file formats may require separate software.
7.11 Mobile use
responsive layouts may reflow imperfectly;
zoom and orientation behaviour may vary;
touch targets may differ across third-party components.
8. Core journeys
PhotoCrew aims to prioritise important journeys, including:

browsing public profiles;
using search and filters;
registration;
login and password reset;
editing a profile;
publishing a service, gig or job;
applying to an opportunity;
messaging;
managing availability;
purchasing or cancelling a plan;
contacting support;
reporting a concern.
Prioritisation does not amount to a guarantee that every journey is barrier-free.

9. Security and accessibility
Security controls may create additional steps or limitations. These may include CAPTCHA, account verification, fraud checks, rate limits, blocked scripts, session timeouts and payment authentication.

PhotoCrew must balance accessibility with security, privacy, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Where a security control prevents access to an important function, a User may contact us and request a reasonable alternative. We will consider available options but cannot promise that every security requirement can be removed.

10. Accessibility support and reasonable alternatives
If a person cannot access an important part of the Platform, they may contact:

hello@photocrew.co.uk

The request should, where possible, include:

page URL;
function being attempted;
description of the barrier;
device and browser;
assistive technology;
preferred alternative;
urgency.
We may consider providing information in an alternative electronic format, explaining a process, accepting information by email, helping with an Account action where security permits, reporting a defect to a provider, making a reasonable adjustment or offering another route to support.

We cannot promise that every request can be fulfilled exactly as requested, every format can be produced, every third-party barrier can be removed, immediate resolution is possible, or security or legal checks can be bypassed.

We will consider requests fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

11. Response approach
We aim to acknowledge a clear accessibility request within five working days.
Complex issues may take longer.
We may request more information.
We may prioritise barriers affecting safety, payment, Account access or essential communication.
Acknowledgement is not a promise of resolution.
We may group duplicate reports.
Abusive or unrelated communications may be restricted, without affecting legitimate requests.
12. Testing
Accessibility review may include:

automated scans;
keyboard testing;
zoom and reflow checks;
contrast checks;
screen-reader spot checks;
form review;
user feedback;
supplier information.
Testing may be periodic rather than continuous, sample-based, limited by Account access, affected by dynamic content and unable to identify every real-world barrier.

Passing an automated test does not prove full accessibility. Failing a test does not necessarily describe the entire User experience.

13. Development and change
The Platform changes through updates, new plugins, new features, bug fixes, security changes, provider updates, User Content and browser changes.

A change may improve or reduce accessibility unintentionally.

PhotoCrew may prioritise fixes according to severity, number of Users affected, legal risk, safety, core functionality, technical feasibility, cost and resources, third-party control and availability of alternatives.

This prioritisation does not remove any legal duty that applies.

14. User responsibilities
Users publishing content should:

provide accurate and meaningful alt text where possible;
caption video where reasonably practicable;
avoid flashing or seizure-triggering material;
use clear language;
avoid inaccessible documents;
avoid relying on colour alone;
provide contact details for alternative information where appropriate;
respond reasonably to accessibility requests relating to their own services.
PhotoCrew is not responsible for a User’s independent service, premises, event or project accessibility.

15. External services and physical services
PhotoCrew helps Users discover one another. It does not guarantee the accessibility of a Creator’s or Studio’s website, an external booking system, a physical studio, a venue, a production set, a User’s service, transport, equipment or communication outside the Platform.

Clients and service providers should discuss requirements directly and agree reasonable arrangements.

16. No universal guarantee
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhotoCrew does not warrant that:

every part of the Platform is accessible to every person;
every assistive technology is compatible;
every User item is accessible;
every third-party integration complies with a particular standard;
access will be uninterrupted;
every barrier will be identified;
every reported issue will be fixed immediately;
an alternative will reproduce every feature exactly.
This clause does not exclude obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, including duties to consider reasonable adjustments where applicable.

17. Liability
Nothing in this Statement excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
PhotoCrew is not responsible for accessibility failures in User Content, independent third-party websites, physical services supplied by Users, unsupported or obsolete devices, settings controlled by the User, employer or network administrator, or external provider changes outside reasonable control, except to the extent law makes PhotoCrew responsible.
PhotoCrew’s liability relating to use of the Platform remains subject to the Terms and Conditions.
A person should report a barrier promptly so that PhotoCrew has a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
18. Complaints
An accessibility complaint may be sent to:

hello@photocrew.co.uk

Please label the subject “Accessibility complaint”.

The complaint should include the relevant page, issue, dates and requested outcome.

We will review the complaint under our applicable support and legal procedures. A person’s statutory rights are unaffected.

19. Preparation and review
This Statement was prepared as a Platform-wide statement based on the known structure of PhotoCrew. It is not an independent certification.

It should be reviewed after a full accessibility audit, after major redesigns, after material checkout, registration or dashboard changes, after significant complaints and at least periodically.

Confirmed known issues and remediation dates should be added after testing.

20. Scope and interpretation
This Statement applies to functionality directly controlled by PhotoCrew and, where stated, to User Content and third-party integrations displayed through the Platform.
It does not certify external websites, physical premises, services supplied by Users, equipment, transport, venues or events.
“Accessible” does not mean identical for every person, Device, browser or assistive technology.
“Reasonable adjustment” has the meaning given by applicable equality law and depends on the circumstances.
“WCAG” means the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines used as a technical reference, not a guarantee of legal compliance.
Examples and identified potential limitations are not admissions that every limitation exists on every page.
Absence of a listed limitation is not a warranty that the limitation cannot occur.
This Statement should be read with the Terms, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
21. Equality-law position
PhotoCrew is a private commercial online service rather than a public-sector body.
Public-sector website accessibility regulations may not apply to PhotoCrew in the same manner as they apply to public-sector bodies.
PhotoCrew nevertheless recognises that UK service providers may have duties under the Equality Act 2010, including the anticipatory duty to consider reasonable adjustments for disabled people.
Nothing in this Statement attempts to exclude a duty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A disclaimer cannot lawfully convert discrimination into acceptable conduct.
The protective wording in this Statement is intended to distinguish matters within PhotoCrew’s reasonable control from User Content, third-party systems, unsupported environments and matters outside reasonable control.
22. Anticipatory approach and proportionality
PhotoCrew aims to consider common barriers before a specific complaint is received.
What is reasonable may depend on effectiveness, practicability, cost, available resources, security, privacy, third-party control, urgency, impact on others and the existence of alternatives.
PhotoCrew may prioritise core journeys over decorative or low-use functionality.
A request may be declined, modified or met in a different way where the requested method is not reasonable, secure, lawful or technically feasible.
PhotoCrew will consider the underlying access need rather than being bound to provide one precise requested technical solution.
Users are not charged merely for a reasonable adjustment required by law.
23. WCAG and technical standards
PhotoCrew may use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a reference for design, testing and prioritisation.
WCAG conformance cannot be assumed without a defined audit covering pages, components and states.
An automated scan cannot certify conformance.
A page that passes selected tests may still be difficult for a particular User.
A page that fails a technical criterion may still have an effective alternative, but an alternative does not automatically cure every legal issue.
Standards may change, be interpreted differently or be affected by browser implementation.
PhotoCrew does not promise backward compatibility with obsolete standards or unsupported assistive technology.
24. Semantic structure and navigation
PhotoCrew may seek to provide:

meaningful page titles;
logical headings;
landmarks;
skip links where appropriate;
descriptive navigation;
clear focus order;
keyboard-accessible controls;
consistent labels;
predictable page behaviour;
suitable status messages.
Theme, plugin, User Content or dynamic-interface limitations may cause inconsistency. Users should report a reproducible barrier.

25. Keyboard access
Core interactive functionality should, where reasonably practicable, be operable by keyboard.
Potential barriers include menus, sliders, calendars, galleries, filters, modal windows, rich-text editors, drag-and-drop tools, maps, charts and third-party payment controls.
A keyboard shortcut may conflict with browser, operating-system or assistive-technology shortcuts.
PhotoCrew does not guarantee support for every custom shortcut.
Where drag-and-drop is used, an alternative may be considered where reasonably feasible.
A keyboard trap or inaccessible core action should be reported promptly.
26. Focus management
Visible focus should be provided where reasonably possible.
Dynamic updates may cause focus to move unexpectedly.
Third-party modals or authentication challenges may not return focus correctly.
Browser extensions may alter focus behaviour.
PhotoCrew may adjust focus styling without guaranteeing identical appearance on every browser.
Users should identify the exact control and sequence when reporting focus issues.
27. Screen readers and accessible names
PhotoCrew may use labels, accessible names, descriptions, landmarks, status messages and semantic HTML.
User-supplied names, titles or alt text may be incomplete or misleading.
Dynamic updates may not be announced consistently.
Browser and screen-reader combinations can produce different output.
Third-party widgets may expose incomplete accessibility information.
PhotoCrew does not warrant compatibility with every version or configuration.
We may prioritise combinations that are current and commonly used.
28. Images, galleries and visual portfolios
PhotoCrew is a visual creative marketplace and portfolios may communicate information that is inherently visual.
User-supplied alternative text may be missing, brief, inaccurate, promotional or unsuitable.
PhotoCrew may provide fields or guidance but does not manually write alt text for every User image.
Automated image descriptions may be inaccurate and are not guaranteed.
Decorative, functional and informative images require different treatment.
A portfolio image may contain text, faces, logos, locations, products or artistic details that cannot be fully represented in concise alternative text.
Users who require information about a specific portfolio may contact the publishing User or PhotoCrew for a reasonable alternative where available.
PhotoCrew is not responsible for the artistic or professional accessibility of services supplied by Users outside the Platform.
29. Colour, contrast, visual presentation and zoom
PhotoCrew may aim for adequate contrast in directly controlled interface elements.
User images, logos, videos and graphics may not meet contrast requirements.
Themes, browser modes, forced colours and extensions can alter presentation.
Text should reflow where reasonably practicable, but complex dashboards, charts, tables or calendars may require horizontal navigation or an alternative view.
Zoom levels beyond ordinary supported ranges may create overlap or clipping.
PhotoCrew does not guarantee identical presentation at every zoom, text-spacing or viewport combination.
Colour should not be the only indicator for critical status where reasonably possible.
30. Motion, animation, flashing and time-based media
The Platform may contain animations, carousels, transitions, counters, loading indicators, portfolio media and User video.
PhotoCrew may provide pause, reduced-motion or playback controls where reasonably practicable.
User Content may include motion or flashing not reviewed in advance.
Users must not publish content that unlawfully or recklessly creates a known safety risk.
Operating-system reduced-motion preferences may not be recognised by every third-party component.
Autoplay behaviour may vary by browser.
PhotoCrew does not guarantee that every external video has captions, audio description or transcript.
31. Deaf and hard-of-hearing access
PhotoCrew may use text for essential service information and support.
User video may lack captions or transcripts.
Automatically generated captions can contain errors.
Audio-only User Content may not have a text alternative.
PhotoCrew does not undertake to caption every User submission.
A reasonable request for information in text form may be considered where PhotoCrew controls the information.
Creators and Studios remain responsible for accessibility of their own services and media where applicable.
32. Cognitive, learning and neurodivergent access
PhotoCrew may seek to use understandable labels, consistent navigation, explanatory text and manageable forms.
Legal, payment, verification and security information may necessarily be detailed or complex.
Marketplace terminology, professional categories and User descriptions may vary.
User Content may contain jargon, poor grammar, long text or inconsistent structure.
PhotoCrew may provide summaries, tooltips or FAQs but does not guarantee that every concept is simple for every User.
Users may request clarification through support.
Support cannot provide legal, financial or professional advice.
33. Speech, voice control and alternative input
Voice-control systems depend on accessible names, visible labels, browser support and recognition accuracy.
Controls with repeated labels or dynamic content may be difficult to target.
Switch devices and alternative pointers may interact differently with rich interfaces.
PhotoCrew may improve labels and control size where reasonably practicable.
We do not warrant compatibility with every speech engine, switch configuration or specialist device.
34. Forms, validation and error prevention
Forms may include registration, login, profile, service, gig, job, application, messaging, review, billing and support fields.
PhotoCrew may provide labels, instructions, required indicators and validation messages.
Errors may arise from incomplete input, browser autofill, security controls, expired sessions, plugin conflicts or network interruption.
Some errors may not be announced ideally by every screen reader.
Users should review important information before submission.
PhotoCrew does not guarantee recovery of unsaved text after session expiry or technical failure.
Users should retain copies of important applications, briefs and messages.
Where a core form cannot be completed because of a disability-related barrier, a reasonable alternative may be requested.
35. Registration, authentication and password reset
Security requirements may create access barriers.
Email verification, passwords, time limits, CAPTCHA, multi-factor checks or fraud challenges may be required.
PhotoCrew cannot remove controls where doing so would create disproportionate security, fraud or legal risk.
An alternative verification path may be considered but is not guaranteed.
Users must maintain access to their registered email.
PhotoCrew is not responsible for inaccessible interfaces controlled by an email provider, bank or authentication provider.
36. Search, filters and results
Search may use dynamic suggestions, filters, location, pagination, cards and sorting.
Result changes may not be announced consistently in all assistive technologies.
Complex filters may be difficult to navigate.
Location maps may have text alternatives or list views where available.
PhotoCrew may offer a simpler route but does not guarantee identical functionality.
Search results depend on User Content and may contain inaccessible titles, media or external links.
37. Dashboards, menus and account management
Dashboards can contain navigation menus, cards, charts, tables, status notices and account controls.
Some functionality may be generated by third-party plugins.
Responsive behaviour may differ on small screens.
A feature available visually may not expose equivalent context to every assistive technology.
PhotoCrew may prioritise core Account actions such as profile editing, subscription management, messaging and deletion.
Beta or experimental dashboard features may have additional limitations.
38. Calendars, charts and analytics
Availability calendars and analytics are visually complex.
Date selection, hover information, legends and graphical trends may be difficult for some Users.
Text summaries may be provided where reasonably practicable.
Analytics are estimates and an alternative format may not reproduce every visual detail.
PhotoCrew does not guarantee that every chart is fully accessible to every assistive technology.
A User may request assistance understanding Account information, but PhotoCrew does not provide business advice.
39. Messaging and notifications
Messaging may update dynamically.
New messages, typing indicators, delivery status, menus and attachments may not be announced consistently.
Email or dashboard notifications may provide an alternative route.
Users must not rely on PhotoCrew messaging for emergency communication.
Attachments supplied by Users may be inaccessible or unsafe.
PhotoCrew may block an attachment or link for security.
40. Reviews, ratings and reputation information
Star ratings, icons and review controls should be accompanied by text where reasonably possible.
User review text may be poorly structured or contain inaccessible links.
Moderation cannot guarantee accessible rewriting without changing meaning.
PhotoCrew may remove content that breaches rules but does not edit every review for accessibility.
Users may request clarification of PhotoCrew-controlled labels, not a reinterpretation of another User’s opinion.
41. Checkout, payments and subscriptions
Checkout may involve PhotoCrew, Stripe, a bank, card network, authentication provider, browser and Device.
External payment fields and authentication challenges are not fully controlled by PhotoCrew.
PhotoCrew may offer an alternative payment or support route only where commercially, technically and legally available.
No User is entitled to bypass fraud, identity or payment-security checks.
A failed or inaccessible payment interface should be reported before the desired purchase deadline where possible.
PhotoCrew does not guarantee that a limited-time promotion can be extended because of an external accessibility failure, except where law requires an adjustment or remedy.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
42. Mobile, orientation and touch targets
PhotoCrew may support common mobile screen sizes.
Device zoom, text enlargement, orientation locks, browser chrome and virtual keyboards can affect layout.
Touch target sizes may vary in third-party components.
Some complex tasks may be easier on a larger screen.
Recommending another Device does not replace a reasonable adjustment where one is legally required.
PhotoCrew does not guarantee support for obsolete operating systems or browsers.
43. Documents, downloads and external file formats
Users may upload PDFs, images, documents or links that are not accessible.
PhotoCrew may restrict file types but does not audit every file.
External software may be required.
PhotoCrew-controlled essential information may be provided in an alternative format where reasonable.
User-owned documents should be requested from the publishing User where appropriate.
PhotoCrew does not guarantee that conversion preserves layout, meaning, signatures, metadata or evidential value.
44. CAPTCHA, bot checks and fraud controls
CAPTCHA and risk systems may create barriers for visual, cognitive, motor or other disabilities.
PhotoCrew may use invisible, interactive, email-based or manual alternatives depending on risk.
A User may be asked to contact support.
PhotoCrew cannot guarantee immediate access where a security review is required.
Security providers may make independent decisions.
PhotoCrew will consider reasonable alternatives without being required to weaken security unlawfully or disproportionately.
45. Time limits, session expiry and interruptions
Security or payment sessions may expire.
Users may need additional time because of a disability.
Where technically available and safe, extensions or save-and-resume functionality may be considered.
External systems may impose fixed time limits outside PhotoCrew’s control.
Users should contact support before a known deadline where possible.
PhotoCrew is not liable for unsaved work caused by a User leaving a session inactive, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
46. Third-party dependency allocation
PhotoCrew remains responsible for its own selection, configuration and legal duties concerning third-party tools.
PhotoCrew does not become the developer or operator of an independent provider merely by integrating it.
A provider may introduce an accessibility regression without notice.
PhotoCrew may report, reconfigure, replace or temporarily disable a provider where proportionate.
Replacement may involve cost, delay, data migration or loss of functionality.
PhotoCrew does not guarantee that an equivalent accessible provider exists.
47. User Content responsibilities
Users publishing content are responsible for:

meaningful alternative text where appropriate;
captions or transcripts where reasonably practicable;
avoiding flashing or harmful media;
clear titles and descriptions;
accessible documents where appropriate;
not using images of text where normal text is reasonably available;
responding to legitimate access requests relating to their own service;
complying with equality and consumer duties applicable to them.
PhotoCrew may provide tools and guidance but is not responsible for every User’s failure.

48. Independent services supplied by Creators and Studios
Creators and Studios are independent service providers.
They are responsible for accessibility of their own websites, premises, communications, contracts, shoots, events, equipment and services.
PhotoCrew does not inspect physical premises or verify adjustment capability.
Clients should communicate requirements before entering an agreement.
A profile statement about accessibility is supplied by the User and is not guaranteed by PhotoCrew.
PhotoCrew is not liable for a User’s discrimination or failure to make adjustments, except where law imposes responsibility on PhotoCrew for its own conduct.
49. Physical meetings, locations and events
PhotoCrew does not control stairs, lifts, toilets, lighting, sound, parking, transport, terrain, crowds or emergency arrangements at User locations.
Users must assess accessibility and safety directly.
A listing or location pin is not an accessibility certification.
Users should document agreed adjustments.
PhotoCrew is not an emergency or safeguarding service.
50. Requesting a reasonable adjustment
A request should be sent to hello@photocrew.co.uk and include, where possible:

the affected page or function;
what the User is trying to achieve;
the barrier;
relevant Device, browser and assistive technology;
the requested adjustment or outcome;
any deadline;
whether another method would meet the need.
A User is not required to disclose a full diagnosis where the functional barrier can be understood without it. PhotoCrew may request proportionate information needed to understand and implement the request.

51. Handling adjustment requests
PhotoCrew will consider the request fairly.
We may acknowledge it, ask questions, investigate, reproduce the issue, consult a provider and propose an alternative.
We may prioritise Account access, safety, payment, legal rights and essential communication.
We may decline an exact requested method while offering another reasonable solution.
We may be unable to fulfil a request immediately.
We may keep records for compliance, improvement and legal claims.
Sensitive information will be handled under the Privacy Policy.
52. Response targets
PhotoCrew aims to acknowledge a clear accessibility request within five working days.
This is a target, not a contractual guarantee.
Complex, provider-dependent or development issues may take longer.
An acknowledgement is not confirmation that the requested adjustment is reasonable or possible.
Urgent safety or payment-access issues may be prioritised.
Users should provide sufficient information to avoid unnecessary delay.
53. Alternative formats and assistance
Depending on circumstances, PhotoCrew may consider:

plain-text information;
accessible HTML;
a structured email explanation;
manual support for a Platform action;
an alternative form-submission method;
a transcript of PhotoCrew-controlled material;
another reasonable electronic format.
PhotoCrew does not guarantee Braille, sign-language interpretation, audio description, translation, telephone support, physical documents or every specialist format unless reasonable and required in the circumstances.

54. Prioritisation and remediation
PhotoCrew may consider:

severity;
number of Users affected;
whether a core journey is blocked;
legal risk;
safety and privacy;
availability of a workaround;
technical complexity;
third-party dependency;
resources and cost;
planned replacement or redesign.
Prioritisation is not a waiver of legal obligations.

55. Testing and evidence limitations
Testing may use automated tools, keyboard review, zoom, contrast analysis, screen readers and User feedback.
Test coverage may be sample-based.
Logged-in roles, conditional states, payment failures and rare errors may be difficult to reproduce.
Different testers may obtain different results.
A report may become outdated after an update.
PhotoCrew does not warrant continuous conformance merely because a test passed on a date.
Test evidence may be retained internally.
56. Known-issues register
Confirmed significant issues should be recorded internally with affected feature, severity, workaround, owner and review date.
This public Statement may summarise material known limitations.
Security-sensitive technical detail may be withheld.
PhotoCrew is not required to publish exploitable vulnerability information.
A known limitation may remain while a reasonable alternative is available or a fix is being developed.
The register should be reviewed after major releases.
57. Change management and regression risk
Plugin, theme, browser, hosting and provider updates can create regressions.
Emergency security changes may be deployed before full accessibility testing.
PhotoCrew may subsequently remediate identified barriers.
Rollback may not be safe or possible.
New functionality may be released progressively.
Beta functionality may have reduced support.
58. Accessibility feedback, complaints and abusive contact
Genuine feedback and complaints are welcome at hello@photocrew.co.uk.
The subject line should identify an accessibility request or complaint.
PhotoCrew may distinguish between feedback, a reasonable-adjustment request, a technical support request and a legal complaint.
We may request clarification.
Threatening, discriminatory, harassing, repetitive or abusive communications may be restricted, while preserving a lawful channel for a genuine request.
Nothing prevents a person from exercising statutory rights.
59. No universal guarantee and risk allocation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhotoCrew does not guarantee:

universal access;
full WCAG conformance;
certification;
compatibility with every assistive technology;
accessibility of every User item;
accessibility of every third-party system;
uninterrupted availability;
immediate remediation;
an identical experience through every alternative;
that every barrier can be detected in advance.
Users access User Content, external links and independent User services at their own risk. This does not require a disabled person to waive a right to a reasonable adjustment or another non-excludable right.

60. Limitation of liability
Liability is subject to the Terms and Conditions.
PhotoCrew is not responsible for accessibility failures caused solely by independent User Content, external websites, physical premises, unsupported technology or provider conduct outside reasonable control, except where law imposes responsibility.
PhotoCrew is not liable for indirect or business loss to a Business User to the extent lawfully excluded by the Terms.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where non-excludable, unlawful discrimination, breach of mandatory consumer rights or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A User should notify PhotoCrew promptly and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and provide an alternative.
This Statement is not an insurance policy or guarantee against every accessibility claim.
61. Operator and address for service
PhotoCrew.co.uk is operated by Mr. Martin J., a sole trader trading as PhotoCrew.co.uk.

Address for business correspondence and service of legal documents: 44 Chesterton House, Ingrave Street, London, SW11 2UD, United Kingdom.

Unsolicited visits, personal approaches, harassment, intimidation, surveillance, photography, filming, publication of unrelated personal information, doxxing, unwanted deliveries and use of the address for unrelated marketing are prohibited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

62. Review and updates
This Statement may be updated after audits, complaints, redesigns, legal changes, provider changes or technical findings.
The effective date and version should be updated.
Confirmed issues and planned actions may be added or removed.
Users should refer to the current published version.
