Account Types

A Visitor account is designed for clients and other users who want to search, browse and contact creative talent.

Visitors can explore profiles and services, message Creators or Studios and leave reviews. Gig posting may also be available as a paid add-on.

Visitor accounts do not include a public creative profile, portfolio gallery or service listings.

A Creator account is designed for individual creative and production professionals.

Creators can build a public profile, showcase portfolio work, list services, receive messages and apply for relevant gigs and jobs.

It is suitable for photographers, videographers, editors, drone operators, content creators, assistants and other independent specialists.

A Studio account is designed for studios, agencies, production companies, creative businesses and professional teams.

Studios can create a public business profile, showcase their work and services, present team members, publish gigs and jobs and connect with clients or independent collaborators.

Creator is for individuals. This can include photographers, videographers, editors, drone operators, content creators and independent production professionals.

Studio is for businesses, teams, agencies, production companies and creative organisations that represent more than one person or operate as a company.

Yes. You can start with a free account and upgrade later if you need more listings, more portfolio space or Pro features.

Creator accounts can upgrade to Creator Pro, and Studio accounts can upgrade to Studio Pro.

Creator and Studio accounts are designed for different types of users, so it is important to select the most suitable account type when registering.

Plans & Pricing

Yes. Visitor, Creator and Studio accounts can all start for free.

The free Creator plan includes the essential tools needed to create a public profile, showcase selected work, publish included listings and apply for relevant opportunities.

The free Studio plan includes the essential tools needed to create a public business profile, showcase selected work, publish included listings and present your creative business on PhotoCrew.

Paid add-ons allow eligible users to purchase additional listings or promotional features without changing their main account plan.

Depending on the account type, this may include extra service listings, gig posts, job posts or profile promotion.

Pro is designed for Creators and Studios that want greater visibility, more room to present their work and access to advanced profile and business tools.

Depending on the account type, Pro features can include a larger gallery, more included listings, priority search visibility, advanced analytics, an advanced availability calendar, performance insights and a Pro badge.

The Pricing page should always be used as the current source of information because plans and included limits may be updated as PhotoCrew develops.

When a Pro plan ends, the account returns to the features and active limits of its current plan.

Existing profile content is not necessarily deleted automatically, but some content or features may no longer be publicly displayed or available if they exceed the applicable Free plan limits.

You can renew or upgrade again to restore access to eligible Pro features.

For Visitors / Clients

Use PhotoCrew search and filters to browse by category, location, service type and other relevant profile information.

You can then open a public profile, explore portfolio work and services and contact the Creator or Studio directly.

Yes. Visitor accounts can contact Creators and Studios directly through PhotoCrew.

Before making contact, it helps to prepare the main project details, including the required work, location, preferred dates, approximate budget and expected deliverables.

No. You can create a free Visitor account to contact creative talent through PhotoCrew.

Some additional actions, such as publishing a gig, may require a paid add-on.

You can add profile information, location, categories, services, gallery images and details about the type of work you offer.

Your profile should help clients quickly understand what you do, what style of work you produce and why they should contact you.

The number of included service listings depends on whether you use Creator Free or Creator Pro.

Yes. Creators can apply to gigs that are relevant to their skills, location and availability.

Creator Free accounts can manage availability for a limited period ahead.

Creator Pro includes access to the advanced availability calendar with an extended planning range.

The Creator Pro badge shows that the account has an active Creator Pro plan.

It does not mean that PhotoCrew guarantees the quality, reliability or suitability of the user. Clients should still review portfolios, services, reviews and project details before making a decision.

A Studio account is best for studios, agencies, production companies, creative businesses and teams.

It is suitable for businesses that want to showcase their work, publish services, post gigs, advertise jobs and connect with clients or collaborators.

Yes. Studios can post gigs.

This is useful when a studio needs additional photographers, videographers, editors, drone operators or production crew for a project.

Yes. Studios can post jobs.

Jobs are useful for longer-term roles, regular freelance positions, part-time work, full-time positions or contract opportunities.

Yes. Studios can apply to gigs where their team, services or production setup are a good fit.

This allows studios to use PhotoCrew not only to hire talent, but also to find client projects.

Yes. Studios can publish services on their public profile.

It does not represent verification, endorsement or a guarantee of the Studio’s work. Clients should still review portfolio content, services, reviews and project information before making a decision.

Gigs & Jobs

A gig is a short-term, one-off or project-based opportunity.

For example, a client or Studio may need a photographer for an event, a videographer for a shoot, an editor for a particular project, a drone operator for a specific date or additional production crew for a temporary assignment.

A job is a more structured or longer-term opportunity published by a Studio, agency, production company or creative business.

This may include full-time or part-time employment, a regular freelance position, a fixed-term contract or an ongoing role within a creative team.

A gig is usually short-term, one-off or connected to a particular project, date or brief.

A job is generally more formal, structured or ongoing. Jobs are better suited to employment, regular freelance positions, longer contracts or continuing roles within a Studio or creative business.

Visitors can publish a gig using the available paid gig-posting option.

Creator and Studio accounts can also publish gigs. The number of gig posts included with an account depends on its current plan, and additional gig posts may be available as paid add-ons.

No. An eligible Free account can apply to relevant opportunities without upgrading to Pro.

Creator Free and Creator Pro accounts can apply to gigs and jobs. Studio Free and Studio Pro accounts can apply to gigs.

Pro provides additional profile, visibility and business features, but it is not required simply to submit an eligible application.

Include a clear title, description of the work, required skills, location, relevant dates, expected deliverables and an appropriate budget or compensation range.

Job listings should also explain the type of position, expected working arrangement, contract or employment basis and any important application requirements.

Clear and complete information helps suitable Creators or Studios understand whether the opportunity is relevant before applying.

No. Publishing a gig or job does not guarantee a particular number of applications, responses or successful hires.

Complete information, realistic requirements, appropriate compensation and a clear brief can help make an opportunity more relevant and attractive to suitable professionals.

PhotoCrew provides the tools for discovery and communication, but the final selection and agreement remain the responsibility of the users involved.

Profiles, Services & Portfolio

A service listing is a specific service you offer.

Examples include event photography, portrait photography, video production, drone work, editing, commercial content, product photography or production support.

Your profile should clearly explain who you are, what you do, where you work, what services you offer and what type of projects you are best suited for.

A strong profile should include clear images, relevant work examples and simple service descriptions.

Gallery limits depend on your account type and plan.

Yes. Eligible Creator and Studio profiles can add relevant video work or video links to help clients understand their style, experience and production capabilities.

Reviews, Trust & Safety

Only visitors can leave reviews.

Reviews are intended to help future clients understand the experience of working with a creator or studio.

Reviews may be moderated or removed if they are abusive, fraudulent, misleading, irrelevant or otherwise breach PhotoCrew rules.

PhotoCrew does not remove a review simply because it is negative. Reports are assessed based on the content and available information.

If you see a profile that looks fake, misleading, inappropriate or suspicious, contact PhotoCrew support and include the profile link and details of the issue.

Reports help keep the platform safer and more useful for everyone.

No. Not every PhotoCrew account is individually verified or endorsed.

PhotoCrew may review profiles, content and reports, but clients and users should still carry out their own checks before agreeing to work together.

Review portfolios, ask relevant questions, confirm identity or business information where appropriate and agree project details clearly before making a booking or payment.

Use real work examples, clear service descriptions, accurate location details and professional profile information.

Good reviews, a complete portfolio and a clear explanation of what you offer can help clients feel more confident before contacting you.

PhotoCrew helps users discover and communicate with each other.

Unless a particular service clearly states otherwise, the final project scope, pricing, contracts, deposits, payments, cancellations, delivery terms and usage rights are agreed directly between the people or businesses involved.

Users are responsible for agreeing any contracts, insurance requirements, tax obligations, copyright, licensing, image or video usage rights, model releases and other project-specific legal requirements.

Where necessary, users should obtain independent professional advice before entering into an agreement.

Review the full profile and portfolio, ask clear questions and confirm the identity and contact details of the person or business where appropriate.

Agree the scope, price, payment schedule, cancellation terms, delivery requirements and usage rights in writing before work begins.

Do not proceed if a request, payment arrangement or communication appears suspicious.

Account & Support

Account deletion may be permanent, so download or save any information you want to keep before submitting the request.
